Group 19 is an affiliation of very experiences sales, marketing, and operational professionals focused on delivering specific sales related solutions to drive immediate and sustainable improvements in our client’s top line revenue. Our founder is Brian F. Casto.
Working with the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) of Research Triangle Park NC, Brian Casto interviewed many entrepreneurs to understand the needs and challenges of Start Up and Small Business firms. Expecting and finding strong need for Sales Advice and Consulting, Brian also found a dramatic need for broader solutions to include sales outsourcing. Knowing the absolute need for sales revenue, many companies are challenged to hire, manage, and pay an effective sales force. For many business leaders, selling is not part of their core competency.
The research was followed by work to confirm the needs across industries, validate the offerings, and structure a company to deliver those offerings. Group 19 LLC was formed.
Since our beginning in 2004, our individual clients have included Start-up Founders, Small Business CEOs / Presidents, single person entrepreneurs, Sales VPs, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and non-sales Business Executives.
